Could someone please guide me how to size or select the chemecial dosing/feeder/pot tank on a closed chilled water loop. Plant size is 67 tons

Thanks

RE: Chemical Dosing Tank sizing

It doesn't really need to be 'sized' exactly.  The size determines how long someone needs to stand there and dump chemical into the thing, and flush it though, which means you go up a pot size based on the scale of your plant.  For a small plant like yours, I would rough in with a 2gal pot and 3/4" lines.  Importantly to specify temp and pressure, as with all pressure vessels.

Just found this decent example, although i've never myself used this product...
