alternate to aluminum anodise

(OP)
I'm looking to reduce cost on coating of small aluminum
brackets. Currently we black anodise for aesthetics and
to reduce light reflection. We do not anodise in house, so
each time we have to send out which disrupts manufacturing
flow.
I'd like to use a paint that will provide a coating that
will not flake. Temperature can be as high as 200 F.
Any suggestions?

RE: alternate to aluminum anodise

Why not anodize at your facility?  What volumes and sizes of parts are you considering?  How large would the batches be?
