fabrication of alloy 625 and Alloy 718

(OP)
We have a component that is a fabrication of both alloy 625 and alloy 718, due to the need for different requirement in certain areas. Some parts need higher strength where as others parts will be subjected to high temperatures (+900°C). Currently this is heat treated after manufacture using the standard solution treatment and ageing process for 718. Could anyone tell me the likely implications for the mechanical properties and durability of alloy 625?

RE: fabrication of alloy 625 and Alloy 718

Yes, go here and read information for both alloys;

If necessary, give the above a call or email for assistance.
