ANSI/API pump Seal plan combined in the same drawing

ANSI/API pump Seal plan combined in the same drawing

(OP)
Dear Sir/Madam

1. Can we put the API Plan 53 and ANSI plan 7353 on the same drawing (please see the attached file)?
2. All instrument tag (TG, PG, LG) required for API plan 53 also fit in the ANSI plan 7353 ?
3. Canned motor pump seal plan drawing also required to show up in the P&ID legend?

Thank you very much.

RE: ANSI/API pump Seal plan combined in the same drawing

Which standar Pump mf uses, API or ANSI?
I does not understand your third question, please explain in detail.

RE: ANSI/API pump Seal plan combined in the same drawing

knapee's post looks like a blatant cut-and-paste from koba78's post of 11 October in thread407-308182: API flush plan difference between seal flush and external flush, even down to the "(please see the attached file)" -- which is attached to koba78's post, but not to knapee's.

RE: ANSI/API pump Seal plan combined in the same drawing

If you are using ANSI pumps you will use ANSI plan.
If you are using API pumps you will use API 682 last version plan.
Yes, will instrumentation you like according with suitable standard API or ANSI.Instrummentation for  Seal Plan should be shown on P$ID drawings.

I hope this help.
