Hello, I want to know the thickness of the pipe system. I have kind of pipe and the diameter of the components, can meet the nominal thickness of the components from these data?

RE: Piping Class

"Kind" of pipe? So you know it is round, any other details?

Tell us what you know.

RE: Piping Class

You must know the flow rate required to calculate the minimum diameter required. You must know the pressure/temperature conditions and extraneous piping loads and then you must calculate the minimum wall thickness based on the design Code you are using or, if not using one, based on a safety factor x the minimum specified yield strength of the pipe material, as a minimum.

RE: Piping Class

How high is up??

RE: Piping Class

Just look up and you'll know.  BTW, while you're there grab a number for Makun to use.
