Can anyone advise on LOMR.  For the HEC-HMS modeling do we use existing or the future land use information?

Typically the peak flows originally developed by FEMA/USACE and shown in the FIS studies were based on existing conditions parameters.  I have seen FEMA accept future land-use conditions if the community requests them to.  But that really depends on the community's floodplain administrator and the development condition of the watershed.
