Can not get correct answer on CSWP Sample Exam (model attached)

I am attempting the first problem on the CSWP Sample Exam.

Here is the link:
http://files.solidworks.com/services/certification/CSWP-CORE_Sample_Exam2010B.pdf

I drew it two different ways, one came out with 15026.99grams and the other with 15027.04grams. I attached my cleaner model. The correct answer is 14207.34grams(6% error) and I can not for the life of me figure out what I am doing wrong.

Thoughts..? Thanks!

A key to working through the test problems is to be very methodical in replicating dimensions.  Create your features from the same place that they are created from in the image.  Double check your numbers that your key in... as you key them in.  Also, display your annotations because it will be easier to make dimensional changes for later problems.
