I have an assembly of multiple sub assemblies into which are all in their own folders. Now I would like to send this data out to a supplier and they are asking for the NX data. Is there an easy way to save all files to a dummy directory to send out. My first response was to send a parasolid assembly but they would like the part history to modify as need be. Any suggestions?

RE: copy all to one folder

I think cloning the assembly will get what you need. Also, if you search hard enough you might run across a 3rd party utility called UGZip, it would clone the assembly and zip it up in 1 step.

Have a look at this thread: thread561-274386: UG ZIP Is not working

I'm sure you will find more of interest if you search the forum with terms such as 'clone assembly', 'ugzip', 'export assembly', etc.
