Delta Controls Chill Water Valve: Can't find spare drive pins

Delta Controls Chill Water Valve: Can't find spare drive pins

(OP)
Hello all--I came across this site while trying to locate spare drive pins that connect the electric actuator to the valve body for our Delta three way 1 1/4" chill water valves.

They are for a Delta DM24-140, and also a Belimo SM24-SR.

I've talked to the factory, and they tell me that the valves are obsolete, and drive pins are no longer available. Our HVAC contractor is also unable to find any, and says we need to replace the valve body. I've got 42 of them, all 15 years old and the drive pins are wearing out. The valves themselves are still fine.

Does anyone know where I might be able to find spares?

I'm also thinking of having a local machine shop / metal fabricator make some from brass stock...

Thanks for any leads!

If they are obsolete, then your best bet is to have them made by a local machine shop.  You can get a discount for a batch quantity usually, so after having one made for fit testing, have 50-75 made.
