Is there a method of changing from threaded holes to general holes after having created threaded holes? i have a pattern of threaded holes that I would now like to change to clearance holes without having to redefine the hole locations.

But thank you for the quick reply

RE: NX6 changing from threaded hole to general hole

If you created the hole location with a sketch, you can make the sketch external.  That way, when you delete the threaded holes, you can use the existing location points for your new hole set.

. . . and then when you create you new hole, highlight that existing sketch, insert new hole (it will be attached to that sketch, then make sketch internal to the new hole when done.
