My guess is PBT will be the faster crystallizing one but I can't seem to find a concrete proof for this. What do you all think? Thanks in advance for your comments!

Cycle time is a reasonable eay to test indicator and PBT cycles faster than PP.

My only qualifier is PBT continues to further crystallize for quite a long time as indicated by post moulding shrinkage.

PP requires the most energy of any polymer to melt and then crystallise so I would expect it to be slower than PBT as Pat indicated. Of course either can be nucleated using additives and that could change the speed of crystallization.
