Spring elements in abaqus

Spring elements in abaqus

(OP)
I've got a quite complicated model in Abaqus and I'm trying to apply a force in a face that depends on the relative displacement of this face respect other.
I was thinking of putting sort of "spring" between both. Any ideas of what is the best maner of modeling this?
Instead of using a spring, could I define a force as function of nodal displacement?
Thanks

RE: Spring elements in abaqus

I couldn't really decipher your english (no offense), but look in the Assembly Module ---> Engineering Features ---> Springs/Dashpots or Fasteners. Good luck.
