Drawing Question (GD&T) feature callout

Drawing Question (GD&T) feature callout

(OP)
Hello all,
When applying a feature control frame on a drawing is there a way to change the side of the line that SW places the box on?  For example, if the feature control frame goes to the left side of the line and I want it on the right, or change from top of the line to under the line.

Thanks in advance,
PD

Well, update here.....I am able to drag the FCF from left side to right side.  However, there is still a question of how to change it from on top of the line to under the line.

Thanks,
PD
