Considering a pipeline laid down and buried @ depth of 4m under seabed, at what distance could be installed a power cable(high voltage 115kV)from the pipeline for reduce/avoid electric field impacts on pipeline??

Does exist a standard can be applied at this case??

I don't think there is such a standard. There are many studies how to calculate the Electric Transmission Line influence on
Pipe line –mainly for overhead power transmission.  U.S. Department of Energy -Environmental Science Division published in Nov.2007 "Overview of the Design, Construction, and Operation of Interstate Liquid Petroleum Pipelines" and in the ch.2.2.3 Electrical Interference states:
"As the separation between the power line and the pipeline increases, radically smaller values of current and voltage will be induced. In many cases, especially under ideal conditions, the induced currents and voltages would be minimal
beyond 300 to 500 feet." See:
