Please let me know, the more common type of rubber suitable for boiler feedwater (demineralized water)? and how about thickness?

uh?

before determining materials, the fluid properties and operating parameters are stated/determined.  all that is known is demin H2O and most people reading this do not have osmosis or telepathic capabilities.

more data is needed before a reasonable response can be provided.

Fluid is demineralized water.
operating pressure is 3.5 bar
operating temperature is 39 deg C
Pipe sizes are 10,12,14 inch.

The general rubber lined vessels and pipes are lined with EPDM in less than 2" thickness. EPDM is also the rubber of choice in washing machines, so it is resistance against hot water,
