problem of extrusion

problem of extrusion

(OP)
I send a video of the assembly i´ve made, what i need is the following:
first appears an aluminum profil, it goes along the transporter band and the roller plastifies the face of the profile, but, when the profile finish the movement, the plastic must be cutted, however i don´t knok how can i do it, as you see in the video, the space between one profile and the next, must nos be any plastic. I´ve made it in the following way: the plastic surface is a rectangle with the same width as the profile and 0.3 mm height, i´ve made an extrusion of the rectangle "up to the next surface", the surface is the leading face of the profile, and i´ve added the mate that one of the face of the plastic surface is coincidente with a plane that is aligned with the roller, so that face is fixed, and it goes extruding in direction of the leading face of the profile. How can i do to make that the extrusion finish in the  back face of the profile
