Emergency Roof Drains Paper - in Chinese

Emergency Roof Drains Paper - in Chinese

(OP)

I found the following reference:
Calculation and Application Example of Emergency Roof Drains
HU Chun-wei1,ZHANG Jun-sheng2(1.China Petroleum Pipeline Engineering Corporation,Langfang 065000,China;2.China Petroleum The First Construction Corporation,Luoyang 471023,China)
The functions and basic requirements of floating roof emergency drains are simply discussed under the requirements of GB 50341—2003 "Code for Design of Vertical Cylindrical Welded Steel Oil Tanks".Combined with one real project of double floating roof of 10×104 m3 oil tank, the detailed design, calculation and material selection for the emergency roof drains was introduced.Relevant requirements of emergency roof drains under API 650-2007 "Welded Steel Tanks for Oil Storage" is discussed as well.
Problem is the article is conveyed in 2 forms of Chinese. Does anyone know of translated article to english?
TIA
