Exporting pdfs and parasolids to teamcenter

Exporting pdfs and parasolids to teamcenter

Exporting pdfs and parasolids to teamcenter

(OP)
We are running NX7.7 & TC 8.

Today,(from NX) I can FILE => EXPORT => Pdf and the pdf will appear in TC for the item I am working on.

Also today (from NX) I can FILE => EXPORT =>  Parasolid and choose a local destination for the parasolid.  Then from TC, I FILE => NEW => NEW DATA SET etc to get the parasolid into TC.

Is there a way to create the parasolid from NX and have it go directly into TC like the pdf does?

RE: Exporting pdfs and parasolids to teamcenter

I love to hear and answer on this too.  We are running NX7.7 & TC 8 too.

I don't think so unless you create some script/custom application to do that.
