Estimating Wastewater Flows...
(OP)
We are working on a sanitary sewer project that will serve approximately 1600 acres of land intended to be industrial development.
Based on some quick research it looks like 1000-1500 gpd/ac (light industrial), 1500-3000 gpd/ac (medium industrial) and 1000 gpd/ac (Infiltration) are fair estimates for flow rates.
My question is what kind of peaking factor should be used when estimating industrial sewage flows at gpd/ac?
Thanks...

RE: Estimating Wastewater Flows...
Else assume a PF and design the sewer project. However request the industries that are going to connect to the sewer lines to control the discharges under the assumed PF by having flow equalization tanks.
