(OP)
Hello Experts

Greetings

Final Polypropylene pellets is being convyed through blending operation  in to the storage silos and then it is transfered for bagging through Pnumatic conveying system.

Problem is observed frequently on Formation of Strips and lumps of Polypropylene pellets.

1.Conveying elbows inspected and short pinning done -No Improvement.
2.Identified critical elbows were replaced.-Some improvment in elbow temperature is found (It is lower down from 105 to 85 C) (measured through Temperature Gun).-No improvment found in lumps and strip formation.
3.Pellet transfer rate is decreased - No improvment found.

Can you please give your expert tips on this problem.

Thanks in advance to all of you .
