CONCRETE SMEARED CRACKING model for concrete

(OP)
Hi everyone!
I'm trying to model a reinforced concrete slab with the smeared cracking model; unfortunately it doesn't converge and i don't know why, i tryed to make some change in the input values but it doesn't run better.
I?m doing a thermal analysis before and then a Static analysis with material properties function of the temperature. The error is:

Time increment required is less than the minimum specified

Where am I wrong?

Also I can't find a way to model the TENSION STIFFENING with stress-strain relation; anyone knows how to do it?

Thank you in advance, regards
