What's a P.F. counterbore??

What's a P.F. counterbore??

(OP)
Hello, I received the attached view from an outside source and can't  figure out what they want with a P.F. counterbore.  I know I'll kick myself when I get an answer.  Does anyone know what this means?  Thanks!!

RE: What's a P.F. counterbore??

My guess is Press Fit.

Press Fit.
It should be made more clear, call out the tolerance instead of relying on the machinist making it press fit.
