Central gas-supply system

Hello, fellow Eng-Tips users

I'm a young Mechanical Engineer, new to this forum, needing some help.

My task is: to write a central gas-supply system technical especification for a little pharmaceutical plant. At this moment, I'm gathering reference material and starting to study the theme, so, I don't have any details yet. Any tips you can give me, like reference books, web pages, etc, will surely help me getting involved in the topic. I'd like to learn the basics of central gas-suplly systems, so I can describe it and specify the right equipment.

Thank you!

RE: Central gas-supply system

Do you mean fuel gas (natural gas) or process/medical gases (nitrogen, oxygen...)  or compressed air?
