Dough mixer

(OP)
I would like to know the speed of a dough mixer. In RPM. this is because i am modifying a machine and will be using pullies . From the motor to the main drive shaft.   Thank you

RE: Dough mixer

Just fast enough to rip off your arm if not paying attention..

Check with a few mfgs or "GOOGLE"

RE: Dough mixer

They are normally looking from a specific SFPM at the edge of the bowl and as many different operations are done in a mixer it would be unusually to only have 1 speed available -- suggest that you either measure the RPM of the one you are converting or check the catalogue of similar machines -- you should be able to find them on the web or better yet "road trip" go down to the local kitchen supply store and ask one of the sales people.
