NaHS Storage Tank

NaHS Storage Tank

NaHS Storage Tank

(OP)
I'm designing a NaHS storage Tank. I want to know what are the basic recommendation for this kind of reagent tanks.
Specially I want to know the vent system, drain and overflow.
I saw some picture with a special vent system but I don´t know how it works.

I'm considering Carbon steel material, maybe stainless steel. all piping in stainless steel 316L.

Thanks in advance

RE: NaHS Storage Tank

Special venting and fire protection requirements are necessary for NaHS storage. Locating the tank one zip code away from people may be a good idea.

NaHS tanks can be poisonous fume generators if engulfed in a fire

I guess you don't have access to GOOGLE in your country....this was my first hit when searching for "NaHS storage"

Where will this tank be located ? What active volume is required ?

Is this the first process chemical storage tank that you have "designed" ?

I believe that the best tank material would be Nickle 200.....
