Where in the miasma of  the standards is device designation on schematics defined?

IEC 113-2 used to define device designation on schematic pages as -10K04, Page, Device, Column, Page 10, Relay Coil, Column 4.

I have seen DIN EN Schematics using this format and lately I have seen DIN EN schematics using the format -K1004, or Device, Page, Column.

I have studied EN 61082 and EN 81346 and cannot find where the format for a device on a schematic page is defined.

Anyone have any ideas?
