Water proofing a cable end.

I've got a case where a pump needs to have its cable spliced inside the wet-well.  It can't be done above grade.  So I need a waterproof splice.  The cable out of the pump is like "SO cord".

The typical excellent waterproof splices for wells only do wires.  They do not do anything for cable ends.

Can anyone recommend a splice kit for sealing SO-like cable with wires sticking out of it?
