Draftsight - printing thick polylines

Draftsight - printing thick polylines

(OP)
I have several files in DraftSight:
- all are printed from Paperspace
- all have a drawing border which incorporates a 2mm wide polyline
- all drawings have dimensions on them
- all use the same .CTB settings

At this time I cannot find any rhyme or reason as to why one drawing prints correctly with the thick polyline and filled in arrows, and another printes a thin 'outline' to the polyline and the arrows are unfilled.

I've tried tweaking several settings, but cannot see where I'm going wrong. Is there a hidden 'wireframe' toggle button somewhere?

Any ideas? Thanks
