Update session in 7.5??

Update session in 7.5??

Update session in 7.5??

(OP)
I saw the session update button is disappeared in NX 7.5. But now I find problems with updating.
I have an assembly with wave linked parts in it which don't update even after "update all".
Sometimes it updates when I make the part active but that doesnt work either now.
Why is update session gone?? With update all I never see anything changes.

I use NX6.

RE: Update session in 7.5??

Try looking beneath Tools - Update - update for external change.
Or use the command finder and look for update, maybe it is moved to another menu?

Best regards,

Michaël.

Yes I know the update for external exchange. But that's for changed data in spreadsheets.
When I do that it takes 2 minutes and after that, nothing changed.

RE: Update session in 7.5??

This is a problem where I work too. We wave link in many standard features in our products. Ever since going to NX 7.5 the only way we could get the files to update was use Edit-Feature-PLayback.
