I work with parts made ​​in metal sheets with different sizes. I need to know the area (for paint) of each pieces and I want to link it in my draft. If i change the part the area in my draft update automaticly. If it possible ?

Well, sort of. Set a custom property equal to 'surface area' It will be in default units and will include both sides and the edges, as well as the faces of any holes.
There are probably several threads on the subject that will surface if you search.

The Surface Area in Solidworks is all surface of the pieces (top + back + each side) So i want the addition of some surface, not all the surface.

So do you need just one side, or a portion of one side?

One side = Volume/Thickness

Portion = Use dimensions or create a surface and measure ... depends on shape
