ZeCor material welding

ZeCor material welding

(OP)
I'm looking for the appropriate welding consumable for ZeCor-Z and ZeCor-310M plates welding having thickness 8mm.

In addition is there any specific condition for preheating or PWHT?

Welding process to be used: GTAW/FCAW  or SAW

Thank you

RE: ZeCor material welding

Use ZeCor welding wire.  Weldability is similar to 304/316 so I don't think you need preheat or PWHT.

RE: ZeCor material welding

No preheat postheat, it is fully austenetic.
too bad it isn't thinner, you could weld autogenous.
You need matching alloy as filler.
