Any experience with the new Fluke 810?

Any experience with the new Fluke 810?

(OP)
Any one out there had a chance to use the Fluke 810 vibration meter?  I rented on to do some testing on a generator set.  Frankly pretty disappointed, seems I'm having a hard time just looking at the spectrum, and most of the "diagnostics" are way off base.

Has anyone used it as a data collector and viewed the spectrum to make their own decisions?

Maybe I'm missing something, just seems too dumbed down, yet is seems to be a nice package and I like the triaxial sensor.

Any opinions would be appreciated, thank you.

RE: Any experience with the new Fluke 810?

I haven't used one.

There was a very long discussion of this at maintenanceforums.com.

I searched but couldnt' find it. You might want to ask on that forum
