Packaged Glycol Make-up with feeding pump

Packaged Glycol Make-up with feeding pump

Hi Everyone,
I'm looking for a packaged glycol make-up unit (10-20 USG tank) with feed pump (or pumps) for 15-25 psig supply pressure. The system should sense pressure loss due to leak or evapouration and pump required amount of glycol-water mixture back into system. I found commercial quality units for indoor installations, but no luck with outdoor units (-40 C design) with industrial quality.
Do this kind of "off the shelf" things exists?
Thank you,
Curtis

RE: Packaged Glycol Make-up with feeding pump

I think it will be hard to find a pump for -40 °C ambient temperature. The materials get briddle at such low temperature. How realistic are these -40 °C?

Hi Micalbrch,

Location is Prince George, British Columbia. From BC building code I found that January 1% outdoor temparature is -36C (2% is -33C).
I have small skid mounted track apron heating system with steam as a heat source and glycol as heating medium.

Regards,
Curtis

I have used GTP feeders and they have been very reliable. They do custom designs. http://gtpcompany.com/index.html
