Injection moulding machine problem

Injection moulding machine problem

Injection moulding machine problem

(OP)
Hi there,

I don't know if anyone is familiar with Negri Bossi injection moulding machines, if so then maybe you can help me with the following question.

Where can I pick up a 24V signal to drive a relay when the press is on semi-automatic, i already know that i can use the euromap socket for the fully-auto signal.

Any help would be most appreciated

RE: Injection moulding machine problem

i am not familiar with the machine but i have few tips..

is there a relay that turns on when it is in semi-automatic?
does this relay has an auxilliary contact (N.O.) or all used...if all used you can parallel another relay with same supply as original relay and use the contact of this second relay to drive the relay you want to turn on...it doesnt have to be a 24V...whatever control voltage available on the panel should be enough as long as you match it with the right coil voltage...

just watched where you pick up the supply voltage...just make sure it doesnt turn on and off in relation to the other part of the circuit...

dydt
