Does anyone know what this steel material is equivlant to in Canada/USA    FE510  OR IN UK 50B
STEEEL REQUIRES FOLLOWING CHARACTERISTICS: Failure or> 5200 daN/cm2
                                                                           Yield os> 3600 daN/cm2

RE: conversion of Italian steel material to Canadian or USA Standard

The specification as simply Fe510 is not complete. You should state if it is for structural usage, for pressure vessel usage, or else, and the product form (plate, beam, forging...).
Anyway this generic indication is commonly used for a structural steel in either plate or beam form.
There is no direct equivalent: you should choose only based on strengths. A537 1 or A737 B are two examples.
