moving object in a circular path

Hi to everyone in this blog.I have been trying for a month for making simulation of incremental forming process. I need to move the ball shaped die in a circular trajectory and continuously reduce the diameter of circle with the dept. But the die only can  rotate with reference point. I tried to make circular trajectory by placing the ref point away from the die. But it make the work complicated when I need to reduce the diameter of circle with dept. Can anybody give me a solution plz..
