Circuit Breaker Simulator

Circuit Breaker Simulator

(OP)
I'm making a circuit breaker simulator and have a good design for a 125 vdc simulator, but I'm trying to figure out how to have 48 vdc as well, like the Barrington model.
I have 12vdc lights and PBs and a latching 12vdc relay (6PDT), just working out how to have the dual voltage capability. I'd like to drop both voltages to 12vdc in the simulator so I only have the (1) latching relay. I'm trying to design this without generating too much heat in the box. Any ideas out there?
Thanks.

RE: Circuit Breaker Simulator

A 125-12V dc-dc power supply and a 48-12V dc-dc power supply and two power supply input jacks.

Yes, that should work, I just hope I can find these converters small and ones that don't generate too much heat. I had originally used a Zener to serve as a regulator when only making a 125V CBS, but I'd like to have the dual voltages for different stations.
Thanks!

RE: Circuit Breaker Simulator

Have a look at Vicor and Power One as possible suppliers.
