A solution for Solid Edge Tutorial Page opening problem (ActiveX)

(OP)
I had just the same problem as described in thread thread562-284532: Solid Edge Tutorial Page opening problem.
Opening tutorials of Solid Edge caused error message "One or more ActiveX controls could not be displayed" to pop up. Some of the help pages refused to open, too.

I found that following the instructions in "Method 2" of the following Microsoft Knowledgebase artice will also fix the Solid Edge tutorial ActiveX problem.
