halloo all!

i want to pump fluid via attached schema into three open vessels with constant flow. which type of regulation in which sensors do you suggest? the only demaned is that the flow in vessels is constant and that there is no pressure and velocity floctuations
thank you for any idea

Simplest arrangement to get what you described is three gear pumps with their shafts coupled, or a triplex gear pump (there are such things).  No controls or electronics required.

Use a large return line back to the source. The the highest point of the return line will develop a constant pressure if the pipe is sized large enough that friction losses are negligible. Use hand valves suitable for throttling action. Set your valves to the flow you require and let the constant pressure and the friction losses through the valve and the piping to the reservoirs control the velocity.
