Slab design

(OP)
I have to build a 22 ft long rectangular slab supported only along the 22 ft sides. It is unsupported for 21 inches normal to the long sides. Both short side ends will be unsupported.

This is a residential entrance/porch and will have a grouted 2 inch brick veneer over the top.

What steel reinforcement will I need for this?
What thickness should this slab be? (I have approximately 9 inches clear for depth.

Thanks!
