MOTOR FRAME SIZE

(OP)
CAN ANYONE SUPPLY OR DIRECT ME TO THE MECHANICAL DIMENSIONS
OF A MOTOR WITH A 42CYZ FRAME ?

THANX........ED

RE: MOTOR FRAME SIZE

Suggestions:
1. Check NEMA Std MG-1
2. "Baldor Motors and Drives" manufacturer states on the back of its catalog (Januray 2000): "Contact your local Baldor Office for "C" dimensions." It means dimensions associated with the NEMA Frame 42.

RE: MOTOR FRAME SIZE

The EASA Technical manual shows the following meanings for the suffixes on your 42 frame motor.

C = C Face mounting on drive end of motor
Y = Special mounting dimensions (Call Manufacturer)
Z = Special extension to shaft length or double shaft

Not much help.  I think you need to contact the manufacturer.
