Numbering DoF for use in UEL

Numbering DoF for use in UEL

(OP)
Hi,

I'm writing an element in UEL for the first time, and I'm at a bit of a loss as to how I'm to define the active degrees of freedom in the input file.

I have a 2D 4-node membrane element with translations at each node active. How do I write this in the input file? I've been looking at the help, section 29.16.1, but frankly I don't understand what they're saying.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
Björn
