Drafting Standard Character Size

Drafting Standard Character Size

Drafting Standard Character Size

(OP)
I'm trying to customize my drafting standard in Tools->Utilities->Customer Defaults->Customize Standard->Annotation->Lettering.  I want the character size to be .1 in/2.54 mm.  When I try to customize the drafting standard, the character size remains as the default .12 instead of .1.  I've been able to customize everything in my drafting standard besides this.  Any tips?

RE: Drafting Standard Character Size

Are you customizing the site settings or user settings? Perhaps you have been setting user preferences that are not locked down at the site level?

Are you creating a new file based on the blank template to check your settings?

RE: Drafting Standard Character Size

Do your drawings say they meet ASME/ISO standards?
That character size is smaller than the minimum specified in the standards.
