Synchronizing Spreadsheets

Synchronizing Spreadsheets

Synchronizing Spreadsheets

(OP)
I have a large spreadsheet that contains product information that myself and a co-worker are verifying and updating on the sheet.

Is there a good way to synchronize the file (or some program that is good for managing excel files) so that the changes the other person makes are updated to the original file.

I was considering using something like NFM, but that would only allow one of us to have access to the file at a time.

RE: Synchronizing Spreadsheets

In Excel, why not use Tools/Share Workbook?

Good luck,
Latexman

I shall give that a try ... I didn't even realize Excel had that built in to be honest.

RE: Synchronizing Spreadsheets

It works well as long as both of you have access to the file on a server.

Good luck,
Latexman
