16H6 Joist Weight??

(OP)
I haven't been able to locate our SJI 80 year manual since our recent move.  If anyone could post the weight of a 16H6 joist, it would be helpful.  Currently, I am assuming 12 plf and would like to verify that this is at least adequate for loading on a new opening to be cut into a CMU wall.
