(OP)
Hi all
Can any one plz help me , I need to plot Stress with strain from an explicit analysis i have done with abaqus. I have given the set node and all i can plot is stress with time or strain with time.
Is there any means to plot stress with strain.
I am sorry i am just one month only to abaqus and I have to finish my project , i went around all tutorials with no useful info.
I am sure u all can help..

thanks

RE: Results viewing

In your step you defined: Static / General. Below the Steps tab, you will see Field Output Requests. Select Stresses from the list. Also select Strains from the list. You should then be able to run the simulation and plot stress v. strain.

RE: Results viewing

from the module visialization choose: XY data odb field output choose your output variables (example S11, E11) edit your selection (example for an unique nodal) from the part then you will have S11 v. time and E11 v. time,
then in the same selection you can have stress vs strain by choosing: XY data operate in XY data, combine(X,X), choose E11, then S11 and you will obtain S11 v. E11.
