Phosphorus Maximum Level in Hot Tool steels H11 & H13

(OP)
Hi Guys

I ma looking for the maximum tool steels admitted in Commercial Hot Tool steels grades like H11 & H13

A supplier n°1 sends us a Quotation for H11 hot work Steel with 0.024 %of phosphorus.

A second supplier sends us a quotation with 0.018 % phosphorus but with higher price

The dilemma is what to choose: price or quality level of phosphors ?

I want to need what is the impact of the 2 level of phosphorus 0.024 ù Vs 0.018 %

•    UTS
•    Yield Strength
•    Elongation
•    Impact toughness
•    Fatigue limit
•    the life of the moulds especially  at elevated temperature up to 500°C

 Your help are welcome

Always good to go with low P. If P was in 0.010 levels or below, a premium price would have been justified ,but for 0.018%P,is it called fleecing?
