PDM Workgroup - same part/assy displayed multiple times

PDM Workgroup - same part/assy displayed multiple times

Hi Guys,

More annoying than earth shattering, but any ideas why when I check in a large assembly to PDM, many of the sub-assemblies and parts are displayed multiple times in the check in window?

Makes it really difficult to see what you've selected/deselected for check-in when there's 100+ parts.

Any insight appreciated, cheers,

Simon

Simon,

The PDM check in screen is simply showing you the dependencies in the assembly, that's all.

Thanks, I understand that, but the check-in window isn't really the best place for an 'assy tree' style interface; I find having the same part/assy displayed 15 separate times quite annoying, but hey, guess I'll have to live with it...

RE: PDM Workgroup - same part/assy displayed multiple times

It's checked once, but shown multiple times.
Yes, you learn to live with it.
