I have been able to add the WCS utility commands to my toolbar (advanced w/full menus), at least up until now...
I can still add them if I turn the drawing display off, but they disappear once I turn it back on. I need to be able to access them while in the drawing.
Any ideas?

The WCS is used to define the 'working' orientation of the plane of construction (X-Y) as well as the origin (0,0,0) of 'working' space. Since Drawings are by definition 2D, there is NO need to modify the orientation of 'working' space. And since the only thing which you are measuring the distance of, by placing dimensions, are the 'features' of your model on a view by view basis (no usable dimensions can be created between views) there is no need for a modifiable 'origin'.
So again, I ask; why do see the need for a WCS while working in a Drawing?

And just so that everyone is clear on this, you can't just expand say an existing Trimetric view on a Drawing and then edit it so that it's an Exploded view. You have to first, while the Drawing is not being shown, either create your finished exploded view or you at least have to 'create' an exploded view even if you don't move any of the components. That way, you can then add THIS view to the drawing, expand it and you will now be able to create/edit the explosion as you wish it to look and once completed, unexpand the view and update the drawing views and you're good to go.
