Latest Working Rule in TC = Precise is an "Out of the Box" Feature?

(OP)
Been a while since I had to dive into load rules, but... in the current setup of Teamcenter that I am working with (UA 2007.1.8.3) - Load Rule for "Latest Working" is set in the Details as:

Precise
Working()
Has Status (Any Release Status, Configured Using Released Date)

Humor me, is there a reference page/website from Siemens that shows what the "OOTB" Load Rule settings are supposed to look like?  Because if I am reading this list right, it means that it is going to load the precise structure, but load what is available for children, regardless of what is able.

Need get hip to Siemens' new Nomeclature, badly... morning
